Japanese (Benihana) Ginger Salad Dressing #1

Makes ~1 cup.

1/4 cup onion,. chopped
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, chopped
1 tablespoon celery, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste (i don't remember wat i used, but it may have just been ketchup)
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
dash each salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender of food processor. Process until almost smooth.
